EASY AND HEALTHY BHALLA PAPRI CHAAT | बिना तेल की भल्ला पापड़ी चाट

About Recipe – A common street food made at home in an unconventional method without a drop of oil.

Made very easily in a MICROWAVE & AIRFRYER

List of Ingredients – (To serve 4)

For Bhalla Pakori

1. Urad Dal ½ Cup

2. Moong Dal ½ Cup

3. Baking Powder ½ Tsp

4. Ice cubes 4-5

For Papri

1. Maida 1 Cup

2. Oil 1tsp

3. Salt ¼ Tsp

4. Ajwain ¼ Tsp

Other Ingredients

Curd 2 Cups

Sugar 1tsp

Jeera Powder

Chilli Powder

Tamarind Chutney

Boiled 1-2 potatoes and cut in cubes

Pomegranate (Optional)


PROCEDURE

1. Soak and grind ingredients of pakora with some ice cubes to make batter



2. Pour batter in silicon mould and microwave for 2 minutes



3. Remove raw pakoris and airfry for 3-4 minutes at 160 degrees C.




4. Soak pakoris in a bowl of water



5. Make a stiff dough from maida. Use roller pin to flatten



6. Cut circular discs and place in airfrier.



7. Airfry for 4-5 minutes at 180degrees C. Flip them and rehat for another 1-2 min till light brown



8. Stir 1 Tsp sugar in curd in a broad dish

9. Add pakoris to curd after squeezing the water

10. Place the papris, cut potatoes. Add salt, roasted jeera & red chilli powder, tamarind chutney & pomegranate
