To make any gravy for any dish you require basic ingredients such as tomatoes, onions, chillies, ginger and garlic. In this video is presented how to make masala cubes to cut down on cooking time, cater for these veggies during difficult times and when in short supply. These refrigerated cubes can be preserved for long durations and are handy during preparation of any dish wether it is of gravy, semi dry or dry. Just keep a check on the number of cubes to use.
For making 6 large cubes you require:-
2 Large Onions
5 Large Tomatoes
20-25 Peeled Garlic Pods
10-12 Green chillies
1 Tablespoon of minced Ginger
A Silicon Ice Tray is preferred as it is easier to extract the frozen cubes Use 2 cubes for a gravy dish and 1 cube for a semi dry or dry preparation while making a dish to serve 2 (TWO)
