No fermenting, no baking and no maida in the making of this Modified Pizza snack Tastes like pizza using an absolutely new cooking skill
INGREDIENTS
Bread Slices(white or brown) 7-8
Potatoes 3 medium
Paneer 3/4 cup
Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
Fine Chopped Carrots 1 cup
Fine Chopped Onions 1 cup
Fine Chopped Capsicum 1 cup
Crushed Corn Kernels 1 cup Salt 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
ADDITIONAL ITEMS ADDED FOR THE TRIANGLE
Bread Crumbs 3 Tbsp
Maida(flour) 1-2 Tbsp
Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
PROCEDURE FOR PIZZA DISCS
1.Make dough using bread, cheese and veggies + Salt and Baking Powder
2.Make discs using cutter
3.Fry on a greased tawa and top with veggies and cheese
4. Top up with veggies and mozzarella cheese
5.Sprinkle chilli flakes before serving
FOR PIZZA TRIANGLES IN SANDWICH MAKER
1. Add bread crumbs powder, Maida and baking powder to the left over dough of the disc
2. Place in the Sandwich Maker in triangular shape and toast for 4-5 minutes(till they are crisp)
