Another recipe for incorporating mung sprouts is described. This savory cake tastes like Gujarati dish Handvo. Both oats and mung sprouts are well known for their dietary usefulness. Recipes for pan frying and air frying are described. During making of this dish I have used mung sprouts but one can use methi or palak leaves.
