Quesadilla is the "little cheesy thing" soft from inside and crisp from outside. Traditionally Corn is the basic constituent but any veggie can be included. In this video two methods have been described. Using the well known tawa and air fryer are described. The latter is better known for consuming less oil. During the lockout period this simple recipe may be of use to many. Remember to use the atta kulcha to get the mexican taste.
